CYBER LANGUAGE

Cyber Language is a language of the Net. It is a term not yet recorded in traditional dictionaries and encountered by a majority of people daily in media and regularly in the workplace. 

In our globalization world today, the internet gives us the greater opportunity to communicate to each other through email and chat rooms. The groups of internet users who loves to chat in online chat room have their own cyberspace language which is now entering the linguistic mainstream. Then we have got 2 neologisms which is "emoticons and netcronyms".

Emoticons is a combination of emotion and icon are used to compensate for the inability to convey voice inflections, facial expressions and body gestures in written communication. Some emoticons are better known as smileys. Emoticons can be very effective toward avoiding misinterpretation of the writer's intents. Most emoticons will look like  a face such as eyes, nose and mouth when rotated 90 degree clockwise.  Meanwhile Netcronyms is a combination of net and acronym. It is similar to emoticons. Both are created for the sake of speedy online written communication. America has loomed large in the generation and control of IT and consequently has had an enormous influence on the cyber language.

Most of the cyber language was created by male. In the world dominated by males, there could be a chance that they would create violence for sexism terms. The terms created:

Scenario:
People love to used smileys in chat because it easy. When we type :), it will change to the smile face. It also cute and as we all know people love to see something cute. The technology nowadays are more advanced and we got a lot of benefits from that. If do not mind, will you share with me the disadvantages that  you got from the technologies nowadays.

SOCIAL NETWORKING

A social network is a  a social structure made up of a set of actors (such as individuals or organizations) and the dyadic ties between these actors (such as relationships, connections, or interactions). A social network perspective is employed to model the structure of a social group, how this structure influences other variables, or how structures change over time. The study of these structures uses methods in social network analysis to identify influential nodes, local and global structures, and network dynamics. Social networks are distinct from information, biological, or electrical networks, but theories and methods generalizing to all of these complex network are studied in the field of network science.

Social networks and the analysis of them is an inherently interdisciplinary academic field which emerged from social psychology, sociology, statistic, and graph theory. Jacob Moreno is credited with developing the first sociograms in the 1930s to study interpersonal relationships as structures in which people were points and the relationships between them were drawn as connecting lines. These approaches were mathematically formalized in the 1950s and theories and methods of social networks became pervasive in the social and behavioral sciences by the 1980s.

The founder of Facebook

Nowadays, the popular social networking is Facebook and Twitter. By these social site, they will search their old friends and at the same time they will get the new friends. People can find friends in the whole world. I would like to share some information about Facebook with you all.
 Facebook was created by Mark Zuckerberg. It is a social networking website that was originally designed for college students, but is now open to anyone 13 years of age or older. Facebook users can create and customize their own profiles with photos, videos, and information about themselves. Friends can browse the profiles of other friends and write messages on their pages.Each Facebook profile has a "wall," where friends can post comments. Since the wall is viewable by all the user's friends, wall postings are basically a public conversation. Therefore, it is usually best not to write personal messages on your friends' walls. Instead, you can send a person a private message, which will show up in his or her private Inbox, similar to an e-mail message.

 

Scenario: The Malaysian Artist really love use  twitter as a place to express their feeling and also communicate with their fans. Sometimes what they post in their twitter might cause others feel unsatisfied with their words. There also happens the argument between them. If social network does not exist, do you think where they will express their feeling and what the wickedness of it?

ONLINE COMMUNICATION

Synchronous and Asynchronous Communication

Synchronous communication basically happen in class when learners and trainers separated by distance but meet at the same time. The training materials and lessons include visual image, video conferencing, audio conferencing and text conferencing. The interactivity is achieved through electronic white board, application sharing and group collaboration and the progress tracking is accomplished by on line testing.


 Asynchronous communication is when learners and trainers separated by distance and time. The training materials and lessons include printed documents, training manuals, announcements and online guidance. The communication is maintained is maintained via threaded discussions, email, chat rooms and group collaboration and the progress tracking is accomplished by online testing and time on task recording.

A search engine is a web site that collects and organizes content from all over the internet. Those wishing to locate something would enter a query about what they'd like to find and the engine provides links to content that matches what they want.Search engines help us to find what we want in easy way.

As regards real estate, millions of searches are done each day on multiple search engines for search queries like "Atlanta real estate". or "atlanta ga real estate". The search engine returns results for real estate related sites and content for the Atlanta, GA area in case. The sites are ranked by highly secret and complex formulas. These formulas are also changes frequently by the engines.

Though there are many who attempt to manipulate their sites to get higher placement in results, its generally best to provide highly relevant real estate and area content and make it very useful for your site visitors. As all the engines are striving to be the most popular based on results that are closest to what the searcher is looking for, it can only be a good strategy to provide that relevant content.

I'm the one of the students in Mara Professional College, Indera Mahkota, Pahang.


Digital and Mobile Communication (DMC) is one of my subjects that I have learned in this semester which is semester 5. This subject is related to the technologies nowadays. Its about internet, computer, e-learning, hardware, software, and etc.. DMC are one of the interesting subjects to be studied where we can find out more about the technology which are exist nowadays and before. For me, I really interested to the history of internet which by this technology we can communicate to all of people in the world. There have a lot of development happens from the beginning of the existence of the internet. Now this technology are more advanced. Before, there have difficult to find internet, but nowadays internet are everywhere. The existence of social site which are  Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and many more, we can find friends in and outside of the country and we also can share the opinion about any topic with other people.There have a lot of smart gadgets which can surfing the internet such as laptop, smartphone, I-pad and others. By all these gadgets, people can communicate with others easily. Other than that, we can find more information by using the internet. With this technology, the information have no limit and we can explore everything about our curiosity. We should appreciate all of technologies which are available today and maybe tomorrow these technology will be change and will be upgrade to be more smart and effective.
